Barrios is a beast. Tank is just a tough little mfka to deal with. The style matchup is just tough when you’re so much taller than him. Tank’s a small target to hit and he has good defense. This style matchup/advantage is what M Tyson had in every fight until he fought Holyfield. Once Tyson fought Holyfield he no longer had the advantage of being the smaller more compact fighter with speed and power. Barrios struggled to keep Tank from closing the distance just like Ryan did.

I wonder what their weights were at fight time. Barrios is a great boxer but Davis is just too much for him. I would say Tank had at least 20lbs over him. He walked thru his punches like nothing. I dont see the skinny tall boxers have much chance on Davis. His a physical specimen, stocky with long strong arms and huge legs/neck. Reminds me of Mike Tyson a little.

Just not as aggressive/ violent of a fighter. Tyson was on a whole different level with his fight style. But yes tank is a 5’6 version minus the style.

Wow! Davis has a granite chin & can take good body shots. Barrios is as tough as they come. Even a hard-hitting Thurman couldn't drop him.
