In your book you have the warm ups split into 3 parts. But it doesn’t say which ones to do for what workout session.

If you have a recon contract should you go straight to the recon prep guide before boot camp? I heard they pick you up straight out of SOI without time to prepare.

No, you complete MCT then if you're lucky you go on leave for the holiday block or you go straight to school which is down the road from MCT pendleton

Do you think with the current renovation of the Marine Corps so to speak that the Raiders or Recon are in jeopardy of being disband

Recon will never be demissioned. I could see potential consolidating, but thats about it. I personally think the raiders are here to stay now too. Global conflicts requiring specialists are simply going to continue.
