* 1/4 cup Soy sauce
* 1/4 cup Mirim Korean cooking wine
* 1/4 cup Water
* 1.5 tsp Sugar
* 1/2 Large green onion
* 1 White onion
* 2 Thai chiles Optional
* 1 Lemon

    Loved the video and recipe! Searched up similar ones but they all had ingredients that I wouldn’t be able to find in my local grocery stores.     Hi! About the salmon doyou needs to Marinated with salt or anything before you cut? And Soak into the sauce?? It looks so shiny and looks so good 😊 and I love your style of cooking all foods. Subscribed👍🏼

    Hello! You do not need to marinate it or salt it before soaking in the sauce!

    If you can’t find Korean soy sauce then Japanese kikkoman works very well, make sure the label says “made in Japan” and not the US made version, big difference in flavor.

    Costco salmon works very well for this as long as you get it fresh and keep it cold. Make sure it’s the one from Norway

    You can buy sushi grade salmon at Japanese markets, Korean markets and also at fish markets ♥️♥️ I bought mine at California Market in Koreatown!

    there is no such thing. all farmed salmon is "sushi" grade, all you really need to do is to do a quick brine on a salt water solution.

    As long as it's atlantic farm raised salmon it's good to go. If you want to be super safe you can put it in the freezer for a week to guarantee the killing of all parasites, but there were studies conducted on atlantic farm raised salmon that shows 0 parasites vs wild caught salmon.

    IKR she literally just made a japanese teriyaki sauce (soy sauce, sugar, mirin) and added it to japanese sashimi and called it korean lol
