    Man,that is some beautiful work on the Marder! All that photo-etch and scratch building would be way above my skill level. The video work, and the explanation of what you were doing with each step, was also brilliant. I was enthralled throughout. I can’t wait to see part three. Cheers from across the Tasman!

    Lol, as a Scot it always tickles me hearing people ‘not from Scotland’ saying ‘wee’. It is a cracking ‘wee’ word but, so very descriptive.

    Here in New Zealand people use that word all the time. But yes my parents are British.

    Is pt 3 done yet? That's a nice interior! I've just built that Tamyia marder 1 to see what it's like and it's kinda poor tbh! Yeah alot better than there older kits atleast the rubber bands are gone and you get link n length I have Hobby bosses marder 3 ausf M there and there away to re release the other ex tristar marder 3 ausf H I'll have to see what changes were made from the E to the H I'll have to order this one up soon!

    What is the thickness of the brass sheet you recommend for work like this?

    I use a range from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm. For structural building I use the thicker sheet as it's a lot stiffer and the thin one for more tie downs and straps, that sort of thing.
