I pretty much doubt that Duterte is an experienced lawyer. We all have seen his speeches and like Biden whose mostly lost for words in mid-sentence, Duterte punctuates it with his infamous cuss, put***-ina! And summoning him in a senate hearing will be a futile exercise as the senators would hesitate out of fear to ask him probing questions and if ever they do, all they'll get are incoherent answers laced with stupid jokes.
