Stel Andre absolutely true brother. For me Marco Sfogli is the best and number 1 guitarist. Rest are just mortals for me. Marco is a genius.

This might be the best thing I've ever heard. The transition from the jazzy chords to the melodic solos with the killer tone is just amazing.

Everything this man plays is tasty! This tune never gets old..

It really is a shame that Marco is not more widely known, even among the guitar community. His playing really is something special.

guitarist that "gives place" to the other instruments though he is a solo guitarist amazing! Marco Sfogli i salute you!

Having listened to many AT and JP stuff, I can't say that marco isn't influenced by them, BUT that's how things work, be it music science,art etc. Marco definitely has his own voice (his phrasing is orgasmic) and IMO it's more unique than anyone in the same genre. To me this song is an absolute master piece... I keep getting chills down my spine :)

A real master...a real god of guitar...

90s' Dream Theater inspired stuff's always pleasant to hear :)

I think the Italians have LONG been masters of music, and I say this as a German-American with no Italian ancestry. Think about it... Vai, Satriani, Petrucci, Al DiMeola, all Italian-Americans. Then you've got Frank Gambale, an Italian-Australian.

I can happily listen to each of Marcos albums on repeat for a month, and nothing else. Stuff these fusion guys, bored of it now....Marco writes catchy tunes that take you on a musical journey.

Spellbound, mesmerized, awestruck, fascinated, elated, emancipated.........

I have followed you for many years now. And I can say that you have your own sound. I'm never in a fraction of doubt when I hear you play. Not just your unique tone, but also your compositions, your "feel" is embodied in all of your songs. You are my favorite guitarist, Marco.

I love Marco's playing, hands down one great guitarist. The sax adds a lot of depth to this song, he plays with a Dave Matthews band vibe with the sax

Marco's an absolute beast!! Love everything about him! Killer note choice. Tone for days... Complete package and at the very top of the guitar playing heap.

I just came back to this to listen again, 10 years later. And still today it’s a masterpiece the same way it will live in 10 years from now ! And I bet I’ll still be coming back here leaving comments every 10 years. This guy is a musical perfection. His style, flow, soulful Melodie’s. Jesus he has everything ! I love Guthrie, and I love Johnny hiland, and Brent Mason. But then I love Andy James and guys like yannis P and mike Wagner. But then I absolutely love Timmons ! And to me Timmons and Marco are more in the same wave for me. Like both of those guys put me in this Mellow mood that’s very calm and pleasant and happy ! Their vibes are so pure and honest musically. But of all the guys I’ve mentioned I would have to say Marco prolly writes the best Melodie’s of anyone ‘ I mean they are Melodie’s to die for, it’s like what u would imagine an angel playing as you drift into the heavenly world. Hope u are doing well Marco and still making music !

I wouldn't change a thing. This song got me through some tough times and gave me something to distract myself learning to play. Still only perfected 4 minutes into it just because there's so much emotion in every note. If only I knew how to write such a masterpiece.

his entire new album is beast. my favorite player as of right now.very tasteful and inspiring,makes me wanna work on my own material every time i hear him.His phrasing is unlike anything i've ever heard,its so smooth and melodic and controlled but not stiff or sterile. His note placement is incredible.

Ipnotica, molto coinvolgente, buonissima tecnica, sound tipicamente italiano...

it's so rewarding that after all these years and stylistic changes, even on a song that has nothing in common with Dream Theater and JP I still get compared to John. This really led me to think that people understand just a few to nothing about music, playing and composition. And I'm a big fan of both DT and JP but honestly, this song and the rest of the album has nothing to do anymore with them.
