I’m sure I’ve watched all Marcin’s KZread performances and really enjoyed this interview. Never really heard him speak at length and I’m so impressed with him. His talent, I should have realised flows from his intelligence and appreciation of his art. I’ll definitely buy his album, but he is so visual when he plays that to appreciate him fully it would have to be a concert performance and I would be in the queue for that! Good luck for the future Marcin ❣

Appreciate your pointing out how VISUAL Marcin is. Like some people have pointed out, there may be other guitarists as skilled, but Marcin has put together a highly marketable AND wonderful to watch (and hear) package. 👍

Marcin's command of English is truly excellent. A hint of an accent but he never had to try to figure out what to say, what word to use or how to pronounce a word. His parents must be absolutely wonderful to be so supportive of him. He was very lucky in his choice of parents!

I am Polish and when I was in UK for a funeral once I had a lengthy conversation with some older guy I didn't know. For 30 minutes he thought I was a Canadian, until I said that 2 days before the funeral I drove 1000km from Poland to the Netherlands, than took a plane from Amsterdam to London and he ask what I was doing in Poland anyway. He probably thought so because many other guests there were Canadian too. You see, English isn't that difficult for Poles who actually use it daily. Even when learning how to pronounce it word by word since English has no fucking rules and no structure when it comes to that. It is still way easier than Polish which is so difficult that even an average adult Pole keeps on making sporadic mistakes. Only really highly educated Poles speak Polish 100% clean, because it really takes an effort to keep it like that. Polish gets distorted and simplified whenever you speak fast and don't pay enough attention. And you can always tell someone is not a native. Even with both Polish parents speaking only Polish at home, if your family lived abroad you will not sound the same.

Very contactable in conversation and has nothing of the star quality. What he does is galactic and Marcin is an alien who is about to get into his spaceship and fly off on an intergalactic journey. His global career is only just gaining momentum, but when it does, get your autographs now, because later you may not be able to reach that star in the celestial firmament.
