Marcia Clark On The A&E Docuseries, "Marcia Clark Investigates The First 48"

Ойын-сауық

Led by expert prosecutor and former defense attorney Marcia Clark, A&E’s new original docuseries “Marcia Clark Investigates The First 48” delves into some of America’s most shocking crimes that have remained unsolved or ended with controversial outcomes. The show pores through controversial cases including: the death of Casey Anthony’s daughter Caylee; the murder of actor Robert Blake’s wife Bonny Lee Bakley; the disappearance of Drew Peterson’s wife Stacy and more. By looking at these cases through the lens of the critical first 48 hours, Clark strives to discover the truth behind how and why these murders happened.

Marcia Clark is a good DA. I understand her loss in the O.J. Simpson Trial was a let down; but if this woman signed back on active duty as DA, she would probably nail a lot of these cases.

This is why we need to get rid of the death penalty. I understand what they mean about "sometimes you just get a runaway jury", but I definitely think when the death penalty is involved, it is going to sway the jury. Think about it, if you don't fundamentally agree with the death penalty, you aren't necessarily going to vote to convict someone if you know they will be killed. End the death penalty. Not only is it fundamentally wrong, it sways the jury.

I would love to see her investigate all of the cases where unarmed black men/women were murdered by police officers and other white civilians and were ALL acquitted or sentenced lesser. I want to see her go into so many cases that really sparked the Black Lives Matter movement, such as Sandra Bland and Tamir Rice. Eric Garner. Philando Castile. Trayvon Martin. So many others just in the past three or four years alone that haven’t made it to social media.

@Tiana, she's not about to feed into the media hype that freed Simpson; the TRUTH of the matter is that more unarmed caucasians are killed by police than any other race. Of course the BLM bunch and liberal media won't focus of that truth!

@@allan9603 While more white people are killed by police officers, it is because white people have a higher percentage of people free, rather than being imprisoned. Black people make up a smaller percentage of the outside population but approximately more than 50% of the prison population. And even so, why not bring attention to those murdered wrongfully by police officers as well instead of trying to point fingers at the wrong community for a pressing issue? Oh I know why. Please she lost the OJ trial do to the incompetents and now she's praising an actor for playing her in a movie. She's still in denial about the facts of the case and how her personal life was a major factor in her not being focused on the case and now she's trying to make excuses for women's rights. Please don't get me started on this one she's a lawyer, just wasn't good enough.
