In March 2024, I left the Leasing Department at haus & haus Real Estate to join the Off Plan Investment Team.

I did not close any deals in March but I have definitely layed the groundwork for what I know is going to be an incredibly successful career in this space.

Cheers Billy Boy 🙏 I’ve made a few videos for more detailed and technical answers to this question… but the main thing is - don’t waste the opportunity! When you arrive, be 100% focused on Real Estate 24/7. It’s not a normal office job, it’s your new life. Enjoy the process too man and best of luck 👌

Brother just start applying for Real Estate jobs. You’ll find out very quickly what you need to get better at if you’re not getting hired. The barrier to entry is so low in this country.
