Still miss him in Jacksonville. One player that I will root for wherever he goes.

What an amazing story from his mother, poor woman but persevered and raised a great son

We love him in Green Bay. No controversies. He just does his job and that's it.

When people mention all-time great TE's (Gronk, Tony G, Graham, Kelce, Witten, Sharpe, Gates, Olsen, Davis, etc.), I feel like his name never gets that recognition. Definitely underrated for sure!

Hate to burst your bubble, it’s because he’s about a tier or 2 below those guys. In 17 seasons, he’s not even top 25 for TEs in yards, catches or TDs. He’s a great blocker and leader, but just not productive enough. Great guy and player though

Member watching him ball out at LB Poly. He was part of The Big 5 comin outta there. All his BOYZ went to SC and he went other way to UCLA🤙🏾. Always been a Solid TE his entire career and a Humble guy! Phenomenal Career

He chose UCLA because they offered him both Basketball & Football scholarships. And SC only wanted him to play football. Either DE or TE. He said f*ck it I'm goin to UCLA lol. Same thing with Maurice Drew. SC wanted him to play defense so he chose UCLA instead. Plus they had Bush & White @ SC

I remember Marcedes from H.S. Out of that whole L.B Poly crew of Athletes in the early 2000's he had the longest/most consistent College & Pro career. Him, Winston Justice, & DeSean Jackson. I remember the week he was headed to the NFL combine we chopped it up at a local T Shirt store in the Paramount/Bellflower area. He was excited about his opportunity. To see him still Ballin almost 20 years later is insane! Much respect bro, keep'n put'n on for yourself & your family 💪🏾💪🏾😎
