How apply the liquid rubber on cleaned 10 yrs old asphalt roll roof (flat roof) to extend life before covered it with a floating deck blocks. Do you see any issue with it?

My boss pored this on his old flat roof which was stone and tar. It sealed the roof, its been a decade now no leaks..

Water penetrates coating products,traps the water under neath the the coating,it than rust the metal,an guess what happens then,no coatings on metal roofs,

This stuff forms a solid layer... water will not penetrate it. If you just use it like paint, without the proper build, then there is no protection, and yes water will get under.

Absolute mess won't last 5mins
