Pls learn about it as indian literacy rate is increasing with great pace Form 73% in 2012 to 81% in 2025 Such an improvement will automatically improved labour and economy In the next generation or 2, we would need such experements And India is not as poor as Africa on general, which you have image of in mind, here there is free education and cheap enough healthcare (with schemes for BPL) which is part of virtue cycle. Also there are many subsidies for those BPL (below poverty line) Those above poverty line pay 60 rupees for 1 kg wheat while BPL play only 8 rupee per kg
