I was a teenager in the 70 s .Remember all Manfred Mann’s songs from my child hood. Its only when I’m older I can appreciate how good a band they were. When you were a child you knew the music but didn’t know who the bands were.

Always reminds me of Manchester United clinching the championship in 1967 it was playing during half time when Grandstand were reporting from Upton Park i think United were 3 or 4 nil up at halftime and went on to win 6 - 1, great song.

Just been talking to paul jones (and his wife fiona) today and listening a bit about their life history how they met and stuff-really interesting and how they both came to faith in Christ--very moving and passionate well worth listening too if you get the chance.
