"lack of form" is a funny way of saying he didn't score within the first three matches of which he was allowed to play 130 minutes out of a full 270. It was entirely political in nature and only an autistic little gremlin like Maqwell would get the idea that it was "lack of form".

Hence why we couldn't offload most of our dead weight. Which resulted in having less funds, and Glazers dont want to spend a pound from their own money. Because they are cheap and as CR700 said the infrastructure is the same when he left for Madrid, players keep getting injured. ETH didnt have his 1st team as well. Maqwell mentioned that on an individual level, De Gea was one of the worst keepers in Europe last season, yet you lot focus on a stat that is massively impacted by the performance of the defense in front of him.

Look at his numbers last season, he was massively underperforming, had one of the worst save percentages in the Top 5 european leagues and just looked shaky in general. Did you watch the team play? Varane-Martinez are the reason for the number of clean sheets the team got last season, De Gea still managed to be the worst keeper when it comes to individual mistakes with one of the best CB partnerships in Europe ahead of him. These are my thoughts, as a person who is watching from the outside, on the CR7 situation: Tbh, I side with CR7 on that whole drama, even though I think a player should play for a club, and not for himself, and if you are underperforming, you must accept being benched. Ten Hag didn't accept his attitude and benched him, but they had no other striker (rashford is not a great number 9 IMO), and all the other criticism by Ronaldo is pretty fair. He isn't the first person to say the Glazers don't care about the club, just look at Mourinho, and if a club's owners don't care about their club and players, the rest of the staff won't care about the players as well, so saying they didn't show support for what happened to his kids throughout that summer is really plausible too. I guess he wanted to start the season slower than the other players, but Ten Hag and the club didn't side with him, turning it into a "Or you train and play with everyone else throughout the pre-season, or you don't play at all". Yes, Ronaldo is a professional athlete, and must train and perform in both big season matches, and the pre-season tours and warmers, but I also think that to treat a player who has given so much to the club like that when they lost a child and another child of them is sick in the space of like 2 to 3 months is not right I just think this whole situation is just one example that goes to show how disconnected United are from their staff, their players, and most importantly their fans. In a situation where both parties had their reason for frustration to the other, it feels like United did nothing to try and fix the situation. In my ideal world, Ronaldo would've ever done the interview, and would have kept trying to boost his performance in united until the end of the season, cause then he would have morally come out on top of united from that situation...

He won us our first trophy in years and finished third. He's earned my trust. The Glazers are holding him back like they did Mourinho

De gea conceded some howlers but he did save ManU on multiple occasions, including 17 or some clean sheets. He served the club for 12 years. The way the club and a portion of fans, newspapers, youtubers treated de gea was disheartening.

Exactly man. He's a legend, and had so many good saves, but because we're used to his amazing saves everybody highlights the mistakes and never the huge saves that is his speciality

Ronaldo was benched from the beginning of the season. He played a combined 131 minutes in those first three matches. Maqwell being a complete smooth brain as per usual
