Man stole person's identity and sent him to prison
Ғылым және технология
This man stole another person's identity, and used it for 30 years.
His victim spent 428 days in prison and 147 days in a mental hospital because of it.
Matthew David Keirans and William Donald Woods worked at street food in 1988
Kierans carefully learned about Wood’s family history, and obtained his birth certificate and I-9 form.

being that this WHOLE situation was solved with a run of the mill DNA test, something that's been commercially available for 15 years, and can be processed within 2 days... i would probably sue the police, the DA office, and any officials.

Now I am no math genius, but no one goes to Prison until they are convicted of a crime. Jail yes, but not prison.
