A lot of women are like Nicole who spew that "He should love me the way I am" bs. You should be looking to grow as a couple, not stay the same... She really don't know how lucky she is, to have someone care enough be real with you and help you get healthy, holding you accountable. Yes it's good to do it for yourself but that type of motivation often doesn't work. It's having a gym buddy that really makes going to the gym easy.

Honestly he is from Morocco. If you even go to Europe, you do not see as many obese females as you see in America. So for him, he thought that she is not healthy and isn't in good shape. ann l I think it could be genes but also lifestyle I guess. I lived in Europe but I can't say about every single EU country. It's more about how they are raised and go through life too. One thing I realized after living in America was eating habits among Americans and also there are so many chemicals in food. And also the way their parents raise their kids. It's hard to say tho. It's just cultural thing

Here’s the thing, I wanted to get fit and lose 30 pounds and be healthier and my boyfriend at the time was pushing me too much and it wasn’t to be healthy, it was to “lose weight for him” and “do squats” is what he would always tell me and it made me not want to work out because apparently everything I did was all for him all the time and I didn’t like that. If I’m working out, I’m doing it for myself
