Man Is Bringing Back Native Forest To His Island
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Evans is singlehandedly bringing back native forest to his island. Evans Odulo and his organization have planted 300,000 trees to save the ecology of his native island, bringing back the native forest. Evans is on a mission to help nature make a comeback in Kenya through assisted natural regeneration as well as reforestation efforts. His aim: to revive the indigenous forest of his home - Rusinga Island in Western Kenya. Badilisha, the organization that Evans runs, has planted more than 300,000 trees over the last five years. They have partnered with 500+ farmers and 14 schools to turn the dream of restoring the island's ecosystem into reality.

One of the key partners of Badilisha in supporting their work has been the organization BOOKS FOR TREES. This is their website: www.booksfortrees.at/en

Wow, what amazing work!!!! Regenerative agriculture is the way to go. Man has finally realised that our livelihood is dependent on working with mother nature and not against her. If we all did this each in our small corners, we would produce more and better food and make the earth a better place to live for all creatures.

Farmers in Australia are finally realising that the only way to farm is regenerative farming. There are still ppl who won’t do it but men like Peter Andrews have been going to small towns for 10 years trying to convince the farmers that this is the only way to save their land.
