I get what you're saying but its not a miscarriage of justice when it continually, repeatedly happens. You get more time for fraud. I knew someone who brutally raped his 13 year old little sister. He got sentenced to 3 or 4 but was home in 2 years. His little sister killed herself. We ( his ex friends ) beat his ass and harassed him every time we could till he moved.

@@troyrussell177 I'm glad you took matters into your own hands with that subhuman. FYI though, "miscarriage of justice" doesn't imply a fluke or anomaly, but an egregiously unjust verdict and / or sentence; whether child predators get light sentences often or only once in a great while in no way diminishes the fact that _any_ time a child predator gets a light sentence, a miscarriage of justice has taken place (and is all the more a perversion of justice the more it happens). Likewise, the fact that a man who righteously avenged children was handed an exponentially harsher sentence than the combined prison terms of the subhuman p3doph1les whom he disposed of is itself a further miscarriage of justice. (I'm guessing there's a possibility you meant "it's not a miscarriage of the justice _system_ when it continually happens" because of how profoundly backward the US judicial system has become, i.e. that in a system so fv

Not just that, he sounds nothing but genuine. For sure, people can't take the law into their own hands but that sentence was utterly absurd and inhumane. It brought to mind the French exception, when a murder can be put down to a crime of passion. Maybe they should have looked into his own case again, and served justice on his father. His mother should be accepting some of that guilt too - parents are supposed to protect their children.

Most people in jail are good they just made bad decisions because of drugs and or alcohol. As a survivor of the type of abuse he speaks of. I guess maybe I'm not the best person to weigh in on the topic because I've seen it from every different angle. I hope and pray he gets out soon. Side note after working in a jail forever I took a job at a lockdown facility for kids for 2 years. That by far was the saddest job I've ever had because these kids never had a chance at a normal life. If I had my way I'd set up a actual healing center and bring as many kids as I could to help them work through their issues instead of pumping them with drugs. Sorry for the novel.😓🤦😓

That particular centre has just been closed due to years of continual abuse by the workers - mental, physical and sexual - resulting in escalations in violence by the kids and high rates of recidivism. I believe in being firm but fair and my idea of a juvie centre is similar to yours. Not all will respond, but warmth, love, care, listening can go a long way.

But we've found letters from my uncle to her as well which were actually shocking because none of us believed it until the proof was there in front of us. Also quite unsettling that I lived with him for a few months too. The stories he told me while he was in prison were wild. For your information no we don't reward criminal scumbags like Jason Vukovich. Just so you know the only person who deserves a medal of honor and should be honored as a real hero was the judge who threw the book at Jason Vukovich. The judge who sentenced Jason Vukovich to 25 years in prison deserves a GoFundMe for being the real super hero.

How do we know the pedos didn't take their anger at the "avenging" out on someone else in their life? Violence didn't solve anything, he's in jail and they're not. However I don't feel sorry for the pedo who got sent to the hospital of course, I wouldn't care if he had died. I would just feel bad for the guy who killed him. For the effect it would have on his mind, to have taken a life, and the fact that he might have faced an even longer time in prison. (Stupid that he's in prison for so long, as is. The state really loves their pedos. -_- ) I feel his time would have been better spent just helping the community, making sure people are alert to dangers, and encouraging people to report abuse. And more stuff like that.

The light sentences given to child predators just tells you who the justice system actually sides with. Jason had a damn good reason to do what he did and got a longer sentence than the three losers combined. The only thing anyone should be careful of is why someone is on the registry. People have urinated in public; or sent nudes of themselves as a teenager to their teenage bf/gf only to end up catching a child porn charge and forced to be placed on the registry for something they did to themselves. It's best to go after the person who hurt you personally if possible.

I remember when they tried to use this as an excuse to stop having the public registry for child sex offenders and abusers. Apparently the irony of holding that viewpoint considering the nature of their crimes... was lost on them. They abused Children in their homes, where they should have felt safe, and where they could be easily found. People argue that these people have done their time. Only their Victims can decide that. And no one asks them.

That's quite a burden to put on a victim. We really shouldn't have a registry. It would be more appropriate to not release these people back into society.

I will NEVER understand why the pedos out here destroying children's lives get slaps on the wrist and the one man in Alaska who tried to avenge(although not a great idea) got 25 years. Ass backwards and it makes me sick. I pray for him and pray God continues to heal his mind heart body soul and spirit. He's an intelligent man who didn't get the love and guidance he needed as a child.

I applaud what Jason did and am extremely disgusted by Alaska’s justice system! I will also sign any petition to get him released from prison. The SA from his stepfather and the mockery from his "mother" and other family members 100% lead him to living a life of petty crime from the time he was still a child!!! I feel for him and his brother…😔 P*dos NEED to serve MUCH HARSHER sentences! Their victims carry a very harsh punishment for the rest of their lives which can often lead to a life of crime. I can tell that Jason is a very intelligent man with a HUGE heart! I pray he gets out soon and is able to live a long, happy and prosperous life! 🙏🏼🩷✝️ Love from Texas ♥️🤠🌴
