Violent crime against any innocent person, not just any young child, should carry a mandatory jail sentence between a year and life, depending on the severity of the harm being done. An old woman being punched in the face may suffer as much harm as a 9 year old child. Age discrimination against victims is not justified.

@@Surprise_Inspection I don't understand how WITH VIDEO and WITNESSES, everything is still alleged. This is a built in loophole for rich people to pay someone to argue them out of a conviction. Add to that a jury of peers with personal beefs against the MAN and they'll acquit murderers.

We live in an erratic, judgmental, and hateful world. There are ppl like this man or the old guy who stabbed the little Muslim boy multiple times and countless other ppl who have some serious mental health issues. There was just a recent attack on an elderly woman walking to church when she was punched in the face and robbed by a 16 year old with multiple assault charges. He took her purse and her car. SIXTEEN! But, they will side with the criminal because he's "troubled".
