I think Ewers and manning both have great careers ahead of them. Nothing wrong with saving your body for another year and developing.

Thats actually not true. Athletic ability is tied to genetics. But as you said if you practice with 2 hall of fame QBs that gives you even more of an advantage. But yes he has athletic ability from his DNA

Given that Arch Manning left high school a year early, I don't believe it's such a horrible idea for him to sit as a backup for a year or two under an experienced head coach like Sarkasian, who is notorious for developing quarterbacks at the next level. His time on the bench allows him to expand his knowledge of the playbook, enhance his skills, and improve his processing ability, all while receiving substantial NIL earnings and the opportunity to attend an acclaimed college free of charge.

Ewers will easily be the #1 QB in this draft class. Only Sanders could have an argument against him. Manning will start next season for Texas as a redshirt sophomore or junior and play 1-2 seasons before also being the #1 QB in his draft class

@aem870 ewers doesn't have a "family name" I'm judging it off them being the #1 QBs and overall prospects of their class, their skill set, and their strength of opponents. Ewers and Manning will both be the #1 QB of their NFL classes easily. There's no one else currently who can push them

There is a chance that he beats out Quinn for that starting job this season. I love Ewers, but he had an up and down season last year, and Arch wasn't really ready to compete with him at the college level. It's a new season, though, and if Quinn starts to show that same inconsistency this year (personally, I hope he doesn't and he does develop into the number one overall QB in next year's draft), then you will see Arch Manning on the field. Texas fans were pining for it all last season.

The Rams actually Got Alot of selection For QB, So More likely They're gonna Pick up And Trade A Veteran QB and Not be A Draft Capital at this point And After Matthew Stafford retires The Rams Will Trade With the Cowboys to Get Dak Prescott in 2025 off-season and Arch Manning is Going To be A Dolphins end Of information.

I'm not sold on Manning. He may very well turn out to be a fantastic QB, but I watched him play in HS and I just wasnt overly impressed. His team was playing in Louisiana small private school division so it's really hard to get a good idea of how anyone can be in those circumstances. That aside, I cannot stand anything UT, so I hope he transfers if he's great and if he's a chump, I hope he stays. LOL

Arch and the Longhorns are poised to take over the SEC because college football needs some draws like Miami , Texas, and USC to return to dominance. The Alabama dynasty was as vanilla as the Golden State Warriors run. I am not the biggest fan of Arch's game right now. For college and sports simps,,,it is good, however it isn't a Quality NFL product. CJ Stroud and JJ McCarthy are miles ahead of Arch. Arch is closer to a Drake Maye or a Caleb Williams who are closer to the Mac Jones and Justin Fields they just replaced. Arch needs to develop timing. CJ doesn't only have pin point accuracy, he has the timing routes of all his receivers allowing them to make big plays! This is the same with McCarthy. Arch doesn't have that just yet. I suspect Dallas goes 4-13 this year and drafts Shedeur Sanders. Shedeur is way ahead of Arch in his timing routes and is accurate in his throwing. So yeah, I suspect Arch to replace Daniel Jones in New York in 2026.
