Oh yeah, hwasa did a cover of "watermelon sugar" for her birthday one year, on mamamoo's yt channel. A funny thing is...i think billboard shortly after asked a bunch of people to vote on which cover of that song was the best and one of the other artists in the running responded with 'sorry, everyone, i'm voting hwasa here. She knocked it out of the park' All the mamamoo members love to release short videos on their birthdays as gifts to the fans. Moonbyul and solar tend to do original songs or show something about creating a song, wheein and hwasa tend to do covers, but not always. One year, wheein went way overboard and just wouldn't stop releasing stuff...we got like two vlogs, a set of birthday stickers, a song cover and a dance cover all on her birthday. Such a great day Also, i'm not really into shipping myself since too many wind up taking it seriously, but there are some great ship videos out there. I forget the channels that did them, but one has a 'how to act like just friends' for wheesa (wheein + hwasa) and moonsun (moonbyul + solar) and another has a 'guide to mamamoo ships' that talks a bit about every potential pairing in the group and how those two members play off each other

it would be fun to see you react to Moonbyul and Solars newest youtube videos on their chanels. Solar and Moonbyul camping on Moonbyul2da and them doing Song part change on Solarsido. Moonbyul singing and Solar rapping is just amazing.

Female kpop idols are groomed from a very young age like 12 or 13, to be this way with their band mates bc it's intriguing to the public. Let's not forget the over sexualized dances many young kpop idols are made to do during their training days.
