Mattydubs, nice breakdown. The referees need to be investigated because I saw numerous holding penalties on Maxx that were not called. One thing is for sure, Maholmes got punked by the Raider D!

Jack Jones was a great addition But I saw AP yelling at him and he was ignoring the coach He's got a history of attitude issues Hopefully they can keep him on the team

The funny weird part about watching this game...I didn't even notice Koonce's 3 sacks, I was too damn stressed the hell out every 3rd down the defense forced

Now that Maxx finally has help if you notice they chip block both Maxx and Koonce on the same play. This essentially takes out two receivers as a result of hanging back to block. Them having to account for the rush on both ends is throwing the timing off on receivers

Max Crosby is the best end in the NFL and yes im being biased.

AMAZING CHRISTMAS PRESENT! The whole defense got an A+ man! Koonce looks like he is fighting for his job- because he kinda is. He has just started to shine. His overall numbers are lack luster. If AP doesn’t get the job and ends up elsewhere if a new HC comes in- Koonce would probably be one of the people gone. I think there is several players in this situation and putting in 100% every play because of it. I think we got the rest of the season boys- gonna win out. What would be awesome is if the chumps loose out- we can lead our division. Kinda a long shot but fun to think about.

Koonce isn't going anywhere. I don't know where you get that idea. He was played very sparingly last year but I saw flashes of brilliance. He played behind Chandler. This year he's played a lot more. AP started him, went all in on him and Koonce who has only started 9 games, and in that time is tearing defenses up. In those 9 starts He's logged 29 solo tackles, 7 were tackles for a loss, assisted in 9 others, sacked QBs 7 times, including 5 in the last 2 games, and has also recorded 16 QB hits. Koonce has become Crosby's bookend just as I anticipated. Thank you AP for taking the training wheels off and unleashing Graham to run the defense his way! 😅 Remember, Max has played all 15 games, not just 9 like Koonce. Knowing that, Koonce's stats for 9 games is very similar to Crosby's. Compare the 2 after adjusting Koonce's production had he started all the games like Crosby. Crosby. Koonce. 13.5. 12. Sacks 26. 27. QB hits 50. 48. Solo tackles 32. 15. Tackle assists 20. 12. Tacks for loss 1. 5. Forced fumbles Remember, that stats for Koonce are taking what he did in 9 starts and projecting that same production as if he started and played full time all 15 games. You will note that his stats also show he is tough to run on. He sets the edge and positions himself to tackle anyone trying to run around the end. Most of his tackles for loss come from him setting the edge. Koonce is in his 3rd year. He's learned a lot from Mad Maxx. He's going no where. Teams are going to have to double team him too.

The Raiders have the potential to be dangerous. It just depends on which team wants to show up.

GO RAIDERS!!! This costs us a couple of draft picks next yer but ruinning Chiefs Christmas is priceless!! 😅😅. I´m glad people are finally giving this defense some credit. Every game we won this year was mainly because of our defense making plays. AOC is just a sitting duck all the time, I think Brady at his 40s is more mobile than him. Don't get me wrong he can be a solid back up, but never a starter in this league. We won despite him being way below average the same way SF did with JG before moving from him, the difference is that AOC has a bit of room to grow. The first thing on the list next offseason should be get rid of JG (who I'd always said is one of the biggest frauds of the NFL) and go all in in the next draft. We need to trade up to to 1 or 2 to draft Williams or Maye which are the best prospects in 24 but also 25 by a margin. Another year with with AOC as a starter will be a lost year... and to draft who in 25??

I see talking heads asking what's wrong with the Chiefs. Nothing. They got beat up and Mahomie was harassed all day. This isn't a fluke. Koonce dominated a great tackle in Slater the week before. AP has this team playing to its potential. He also brought in Jack Jones who has two pick 6s two weeks in a row. The Raiders never used to get a pick 6. Mark don't get cute. Hire AP and Champ. Then go park your as$ at the closest PF Changs and call it a day.

Long time Raiders fans who know better don't believe any of that. It's always and I mean always " next year". Next season comes around and it's the same Ole story of potential that didn't amount to much. The Raiders will always be a losing team. I'm glad I stopped being a fan many years ago. As far as I kno Carr has gone different offensive coordinator he never got that one consistent offensive coordinator the Raiders always fired coaches and staff Carr did the best he could he always have to study a new offensive system so therefore he never settled in his groove if del Rio stayed Carr development and growth over The years Del Rio reign as a a head coach would have been refine if he only mastered Del rio playing system alone let that sink in Carr had to go through alotta of changes of coaches Dennis Allen Jack Del Rio Jon Gruden Josh McNuggets who have their own style

This isn't the place to bring your kc bs here. We whooped you ass upfront. Better qb play from Aidan, this game isnt close. Kc got a full dose of Crosby and koonce and mahomes felt the same wrath SD qb felt. I'm still sticking with Aidan. He's a rookie qb, who has ups and downs like most rookies do. Have to deal with it. Both teams pressured each qb but only one turned the ball over and the other one didn't. Key for Aidan was to manage the ball and protect the ball. Wait til Tyree Wilson puts on weight and gets better.
