Thanks for making these. It helps me when I have to quickly introduce others to the series. Just wanted to mention, according to the Audio Books, the name Jaghut is pronounced exactly as it's spelled. Jag - Hut. Unless the narrator was mistaken. That's how I've read it ever since.

That's how I personally pronounce it in my own head, the pronounciation used in the video is based off of Erikson himself satying the word in interviews :) It's a very fun dynamic between reading things how I do in my head, discovering the audiobooks say some names completely differently, then finding out the author also says it another way haha. I prefer the way you pronounce Jaghut, it sounds better to me. Though apparently I've been saying Malazan incorrectly the whole time, but I can't bring myself to change that :P

It does get a bit hard sometimes since it can be very tricky to dance around a subject, but it's very fun! FA are probably my favorite fantasy race in terms of physical design so far. Also the Parshendi from Sandersons' Cosmere are amazing :)

@@gracelesspassion1750 I actually haven't read any Brandon Sanderson yet! I was trying to decide between the Stormlight Archives books and Malazan, and now I've been reading those for over a year. The plan is to start reading some Sanderson once I've finally finished Malazan.

The song being used there is English Country Garden by Aaron Kenny, I found it on the Audio Library in the KZread Studio section :)

Lol yeah! I spent like 15 years saying it one way in my head, and it's very difficult to change the way I pronounce it. I've given up trying to change it, i just always feel awkward saying it the actual way

My husband is finally reading the books. Thank god!!! I’m embarrassed to say a lot of things out loud because I’m sure I say it all wrong
