Making Universal Hydraulic Lift Table for ATV/Motorcycles
I've always had trouble lifting motorcycles and quads to conveniently repair them. That's why I decided to make a hydraulic workshop lift. I wanted the lift to be universal, so that it could lift motorcycles, but also quads, lawn tractors and other vehicles that weigh no more than 1000 kg. I powered the lift with a hydraulic pump powered by compressed air, the pump does not lift very quickly, but it doesn't bother me.

you really got my attention when I saw the moor jig borer # 1 1/2 and then saw your in Poland. I ran a Moore #3 Jig grinder for 30 years. I was very impressed to see you using it what would be considered a home shop. Keep up the good work. I live in Anchorage, Alaska, USA, but did all my gig grinding in Chicago Illinois.
Od samego rana czekałem aż ktoś doda jakiś filmik. Dziękuję za miło spędzony czas i szczęśliwego nowego roku.

I don't have a bike, but I really like your lift. It's versatile, and strong enough to handle anything. Thanks for sharing.
I love how you build things from scratch that I couldn't even build with a kit, a video manual, and a helper.

Great video. Soon you will add a trap door to ease in rear wheel removal, and a scissor lift for raising the rear wheel off the platform. Excellent build. Great showcase for the step drill! Thanks for sharing.

I made one of these ,out of 2x2 timber and ply cut out for dropping rear wheel out and a jack and point of leverage ,really gave me something to think about too .3 years strong and the hillbilly make up has save me thousands in repair costs and the 800 quid to buy one too.even i was amazed when it lifted a pan European ,although i tend to prop it at the front for heaver bikes
Fantastic project, always enjoy watching your builds

Nice job. I like the safety feature that prevents the table from coming down unintended. That is missing in many DIY lifting tables I have seen.
Thanks for another great video-the build/design/editing is spot on and as always, worthy of more 👍 than I can give it. Also, thanks for an amazing 2023. A year of new designs/builds [and humor] that we've all enjoyed. Looking forward to what you have for us in 2024. Happy New Year. *God bless.*

Guy throws his bike on the ground on purpose like any of those "I've got a better idea" ads, and you take it seriously? I almost stopped watching right there, but hoped he just had a few extra body labels to waste. No excuse to break stuff for "content" but also not a rare bike. Now, if it was a Hardly, he'd have earned a like and a sub!

You should add a hatch in the floor of the lift so you can change rear wheel without lifting the bike too high. Just remove the hatch and the wheel have somewhere to go.
Beautiful job sir wish I had your talent
I couldn't buy the metal to build this. I know it's all about doing it yourself and the satisfaction of it. But here in the USA, I can but a motorcycle lift and modify it for half the cost of the metal. Sad but true.

Trzeba by było powzmacniać, wymienić kółka bo te napewno by takiego ciężaru nie wytrzymały, dać jeszcze jeden siłownik i rozmieścić obydwa po bokach ramion i jakieś dodatkowe zabezpieczenie wykonać dopiero w tedy można by bezpiecznie podnosić:)
👍👍
