Hydraulic CAR JACK modification
• Big Vise using Bottle ... - Hydraulic Vise using this set and Car Jack
In this video I'm gonna Separate car jack to hydraulic pump and cylinder.
This set will be used in the hydraulic vise, which I will make in the next video. Hydraulic cylinder may work upside down and all positions so It can also be used to make a hydraulic press, apple cider press and in hard-to-reach places. This solution will also work in car mechanics, sheet metal work etc.

I was watching this thinking "how is this useful?". By the end, I thought of a dozen things the pump alone could be used for. Great walk through! I have always wanted a porta-power set. This is like a micro version with foot controls.
Łebski gość! Robota naprawdę PRO!
This dudes on another level
The tool is a center punch, also make sure all the metal chips are cleaned out. May want to drill holes before welding boxes together.
Wow man, what a trip. I forgot everything that was on my mind and fell into a groove watching you make it all happen. That was incredible. Thanks for posting the video.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!! Teraz dzięki temu projektowi nawet mój podnośnik może działać. Doskonale. Dziękuję bardzo. Now with this project even my jack can work. Great. Thank you very much.
I found your channel tonight. Watched about 6 builds. These videos are as addictive as Crack. I have been a Heavy Equipment Mechanic/millwright/fabricator and problem solver for almost 40 years. I have worked with some of the best talent and vision in the industry. NONE of us have ever even thought about building our own vise. Hats off to you young man. Your talent, vision and skill is enviable. Cheers from Canada.

Mesmerizing construction. I love the repurposing of existing parts. Subscribed
Best diy on KZread!

Great fabrication but a lot of work for the end result, as for your skills, and maybe that was the point, awesome 👏
I enjoy your designs, your builds show excellent craftsmanship!!!!
Un genio . Lo mejor que vi en estos videos . Excelente , domina hidráulica , diseño, montajes. Mecánica. Manejo de herramientas , soldadura , etc.etc. 10 puntos felicitaciones. Desde argentina
I've often thought about doing this, except with a gearpump that I could drive with a cordless drill. Great work!

Amazing, brilliant, well done, Thanks!
You also have a very good grasp of hydraulics my friend, it shows in your work. I have to point out again, the level of fabrication work that you do is top notch, very neat, it clearly meets industrial standards and requirements. I am not forgetting to mention, everything you do is professionally executed and tidy in appearance. You are undoubtedly good with your hands and you always maintain a planned systematic thought process throughout all your project builds. It is indeed very much a pleasure to watch all your videos. Keep up the awesome work! 👍👍👍 I am looking forward to seeing this part of the build incorporated with a vise.

As far as i'm concerned, he's one of the best makers on YT, not just because of his work excellence, but his work ethics too. He's the only one i've seen use, a proper scriber set of calipers. That's respect for one's tools, that even professionals don't show. Imagine what he could make with a shop that has a decent example of all the tools one needs.

You have basically just turned a bottle jack into a porta power tool all you need to do now is modify the ram for attachments very nice job re engineering the jack very impressive .

Самоделка сделана аккуратно, качественно 👍 Но как сказал бы М.Задорнов для Американцев.............

There is no doubt you're work is high class, but all I can see is the jack was changed from a compact unit using a handle to a two part unit using your foot only to achieve the same out come.

But I see good idea inspired by this video. My 20 ton bottle jack on workshop press machine need a lot of stroke before the piston / ram hit the item need to be pressed. I have idea to make separate pump like this video with double pumping piston, the bigger size pumping piston will be used before the ram / pressing piston hit the item to be pressed so it doesnt need a lot of stroke. When pressing piston hit the item then i will use little / standard pumping piston to reach optimum pressing power.
