People not willing to share information is due to abuse . And some people when allowed in tend to abuse opportunities, they often with a lazy mind and the intention to steal peoples trade secret. So sometimes they feel it’s better to build a barrier to avoid the avoidable

You fall, you stand up. That's how it goes. Finally, you will reach a point where it doesn't make a difference cause you kept on going. Cause success comes to us where we do not expect. Just keep improving

Yes, it's true you need salary to support your business at the initial stage. But when the time comes for you to expand and establish, then the job becomes an obstacle because of the numerous commitments to expansion. You are left with: 1. How do I cope with both as they are now major businesses 2. Should I resign 3. If I do, won't my business suffer It seems you have been there, how did you handle it.
