Adam Driver was awesone..his shy character at the opening who gave his intelligence at the end and became more dominating was a fabulous acting

Lady Gaga is so good at acting ! And she can sing so well !! Bravo !

I agree that seeing it in a movie theater was the correct way to see it. The drama somehow becomes bigger because you're seeing it with a lot of people on a big screen. If you were seeing it by yourself at home it would become easy to ignore. The drama deserves an event.

First time I saw it was at the movie theater

I was not a fan of Lady Gaga, to be honest. But after seeing that movie, I cannot stop thinking of her splendid acting. Adam Driver was astonishing as portraying the evolution and change of the one he played. Everyone were stellar.

Gaga's transitioned well from Music to Acting. Beginning to admire her acting chops. Possibly an Oscar No.2 worthy performance! NB- Never miss a Ridley Scott movie.

The talent in this story was phenomenal. The layers these actors brought to their characters was mesmerizing.

If this doesn’t get Lady Gaga an Oscar, I don’t know what will

I loved the movie

I liked the movie overall but I hated the over exaggeration of Paolo Gucci’s character from Jared Leto starting from the accent: the real Paolo surely had an accent but was far away from the wealthy-Super-Mario-like we all saw on the screen. Adam Driver is a superstar: handsome, charming, elegant, a true gentleman. Lady Gaga also proved to be very very good in her gestures and little facial expressions. And I am Italian, so I know how “my people” move, talk and gestures.

I know a lot of you don’t agree with me, but this movie was made just for American people because It’s full of stereotypes about Italians and the Gucci family. In Europe, in Italy, the most people didn’t like this film. Paolo Gucci played by Jared Leto is abhorrent, and I’m so sorry. It’s a very slow movie in which there’s not any turns of event and i didn’t understand why Mr. Scott chose not to show how the Italian police discovered Patrizia Reggiani, Pina Auriemma and co the guilty of the murder… The last hilarious thing is they decide to record between Rome and Milan, but in the movie they are like the same city: 1)the scene where Maurizio Gucci dies is actually set in Rome, but the movie says he died in Milan (wtf?) 2) The scene where they go on boat is took on Tevere river in Rome, but in the following scene they take a coffee in front of the Duomo Cathedral in Milan. I mean, if anybody knows geography this doesn’t make any sense. I’m very disappointed, i had great expectations about this movie. However Lady Gaga, Al Pacino and Adam Driver were amazing, very good acting but Jared Leto was 🙄🤮 !

Movies are movies... They can be good, that can be bad, but they are not reality ! I saw Italian movies inspired by true (Italian) events that are even worse. And besides ... Public image is one thing, private one is another .... I'm sure even "the Agnellis" (the real Italian royal family) are a tad different behind doors .... ;)

I liked the movie, I enjoyed most of the performances - Leto another joker moment. I did however find all the characters horrible people, greedy arseholes and not the people I would want to be around but I did enjoy it!

I'm a huge Jeremy Irons fan and haven't seen this yet. All I want to say is if Lady Gaga wants to be an actress now maybe she should go by her real name.

It’s her stage name that everyone knows,everyone knows Lady Gaga but if they said Stephani Germanotta they would go “who?” …it’s her choice,her name and this is not the first thing she’s acted in,she goes by Lady Gaga just like other actors/singers go by their stage names 🤷🏻‍♀️

Jared Leto was the real star here

Lady Gaga can sing 🎤 I think she’s passionate. But occasionally I think she has gone down the road of too “rich”. She can say she doesn’t care about money but w/o it she would be like the rest of us. Does that make her a poor actor. No it doesn’t. . She worked hard for this role. Good god. Can not humans find out name brand is just a lie ?? The movie. The end. Money 💰. You can’t breathe or eat or drink it. Our earth 🌍 needs People to mature. Please try.

Salma would make such a better Patrizia!!! She’d absolutely nail it. It’s a shame show business isn’t a meritocracy… I’d want to see a character with substance and depth Salma can deliver: she has actual sensuality and softness as well as fire, feminine darkness and depth. Gaga is just histrionic. Adam Diver was just fantastic - as always…

They are trying too hard to push the movie. I just came back from the cinema and this movie was dreadfully long and boring.

Lady gaga very good, but Jared Leto acted a typically stereotypical caricature of how Americans see Italians, which is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.....nessno Italian speaks English that way...NO ONE, not even an illiterate person would produce those sounds. ...those "r "s are so exaggerated.... really bad performance for Leto, I don't understand what he was trying to do...he's an intelligent actor, I'm surprised he really acted that badly...it's weird

This film looks so awful. I couldn't finish this. And there aren't two lines from the movie in it. Only the same ole one liners from the trailers.
