여기도 종이 재단기의 안전장치가 없네요. 원래 산업재해 방지를 위해 두 손으로 버튼 누르고 발로 페달 밟아야 작동되는건데... 제 친구가 저 일 하다가 엄지만 남기고 손가락 여덟개 전부 잘렸습니다.

@@fanoii 붙이기는 했는데 30년 전인데다 한개도 아닌 여덟개를 붙이는 수술이다보니 결과가 안 좋아서 일상생활만 가능할뿐 일을 할수가 없다보니 결국 농약 마시고 갔습니다.

I love how it's packaged by hand and the facilities look clean but machines are definitely well used and taken care of! Can I see the "process" of it going to my home? Haha

It can even be more labor intensive. I used to do this with smaller tools or by hand. Like binding inserting the rings and clamping it in a machine you needed to press the right amount or it looked horrible.

I’m just thinking how INEXPENSIVE these are for the Labor it takes to create these! I’m NOT A PERSON that ABUSES OR WASTES… NOW I’m even MORE THANKFUL…

1:07 OMG i almost had a heart attack when the worker has to put his hand to push the paper before the blade come down...my respect to the workers there👍

i've worked with a similar machine, probably not this exact model. but i can give insight based on my experience since it could be interesting. i'm assuming the worker was the one operating it, in which case they should know when to pull away as they're the one timing and triggering the machine to cut. the first block of metal that comes straight down is to hold the paper in place. it doesn't have a sharp edge, there's sort of a cushion so it doesn't damage the paper. the second that enters diagonally is the blade itself. you see how they had a few seconds to pull away before the actual blade come in. but it's possible to delay the blade, and simply keep the paper presser in place, in case you want to verify proper alignment. the one i worked with had sensors. it would NOT deploy the blade if your hands were around that space. the machine was built so that we were required to place our hands elsewhere to engage the machine. so there can be safety measures for such paper cutters.

Being a BTS army, it is a very proud moment that BT21💜 notebooks are also made. Thank you so much!!! 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Me encanta todo lo de acabado de libros o libretas yo trabajé por temporadas en una imprenta pero era producción chicas no a esa magnitud siempre me gustó ver cómo utilizaban las guillotinas yo era más de acabado intercalaba las hojas de los libros hoja por hoja empastarlos y también me gustaba hacer los abujeritos con la perforadora ponerle la tira metálica a las libretas pero tenía que cortarlo con una pinzas a mano era matado el trabajo pero me encantava

@@alejandro1934tú sabes cuánto les pagan allá en Corea? por lo que miro es un trabajo laxo, está bastante automatizado, la cultura organizacional y la idiosincrasia dista mucho de cómo es en LATAM. Apoyo el trabajo honrado, si fuera mal pagado, creo que cuestión personal buscar otras opciones.

@@KaryKaos si aya tienen muchas máquinas q ya hacen casi todo hasta las libretas ya van casi armadas, acá donde soy me tocó hacer todo manual el armado de libros y libretas porq no era una imprenta de producción tan grande solo me tocó ver las máquinas grandotas con las que imprimian todo y la guillotinas con la que cortaban el proceso de cortar y armado era mi favorito donde yo trabajé solo tenía como 3 tipos de máquinas ya el acabado era a mano

기계가 다 만드는줄 알았는데 대부분이 수작업이였군요.. 일하시는분들 다치지 마시구 적게 일하고 돈 많이 버셨으면!!

Me he quedado sorprendida, no sabía del proceso para elaborar libretas, yo hace meses me hice una libreta viendo un video, y lo hice en dos días en el cual las hojas tuve que cocerlas con hilo y aguja claro está y fue muy difícil pero me quedé satisfecha con el resultado. Hasta me dieron ganas de trabajar junto a ellos al verlos tan coordinados. 🌹😯. Simplemente admirable el trabajo.

하나의 물건이 만들어지기까지 수많은 공정과 많은 분들의 손길이 닿아야 하는군요👍 좋은 영상 감사합니다.

책제본..즉 무선 제본은 완전자동이 있습니다 인간은 걍 종이만 넣어주면 나머지 공정은 지가 다 알아서 해주고 마지막에 포장된 박스 치워주기만하면됩니다 그러나 저 제본 흔히 투링제보 또는 투링와이어제본이라고 하는데 정말 사람손 많이 갑니다 저걸 무선제본 처럼 완전 자동화 시스템 만든다면..제가 확신하는데 100% 떼돈, 온세계에서 주문이 폭주할겁니다~

미국에서도 우리나라 노트처럼 하얗고 두꺼운 종이는 사용하지 않습니다. 미국은 누렇거나 살짝 아이보리색의 종이로 만든 노트가 대부분이라 미국 유학생활중 사용했던 노트의 품질과 종이 색을 보고 깜짝 놀랐던 기억이 있어요 값싸고 질좋은 한국 노트에 익숙해서 결국 여름방학에 한국 들어오면 꼭 사가는 물건이 노트일 정도 였는데 작업과정이 딱딱 떨어지는 게 기분까지 좋아지네요

We have a similar machine at school (I go to a printing/graphic school) and there's usually a sensor that stops the blade in case a hand gets there. This might be different tho

국민학교 처음 입학할때 책가방에 새공책 새연필을 사서 넣을때 그 뿌듯했던 기억이 납니다. 올해 딸아이가 초등학교에 입학하는데 이 영상을 보니 그때 기억이 나면서 감회가 새롭네요. 이제 딸아이가 쓸 공책과 연필을 살텐데 만드신 분들께 감사한 마음으로 사야겠습니다.
