Hello Cassie! So glad I found your channel. You do such nice work and it's interesting to see how notebooks are made. It's encouraging to see a Sister supporting her ministry so creatively. I'm also looking to start making journals, notebooks, stationery, etc. as well as some woodworking items.

I so love your comment and the crazy part about it, I was about to go to another video and was like, 'what did the book cover say', and I went right back to the video. This is a beautiful book cover, and being a computer major, it still look like a lot of work.

I'm amazed that so many people think you have to be a JW to use the word Jehovah. But excellent job on the notebook. I don't know about buying all that equipment though... Especially that hole puncher. But dang it, how else you going to get those cute, best kind of small notebook holes?? Alas.

Lovely! Do you find the corners to be sharp when you do this method of folding the cover? I use mine with a sturdy board not proper bookboard (yet) but I find the corners to be to a be a concern for me with the liminate. My customers haven't complained but I did for myself. LOL Edit to add: I just viewed your materials list...I see the difference, I use a different laminate which seems to be thicker. I appreciate your video 😊

Lot's of great help here! Why do you print the design on sticker paper, laminate it, and stick it to cardstock rather than just print to cardstock and laminate it? Also, does the shiny sticker show up better under the laminate rather than matte?
