    Mine turned out better than expected. Especially since I have never used an airbrush

    Me too! Definitely invest in the airbrush paint. I tried using craft acrylic paint and thinning it out for budget reasons, it clogs up the needle and coverage is less than decent.

    Man- I listen to a lot of different styles of music myself but, you just went from Tool to Elton John. That's a massive culture shift in one listening session. I like both but, I wouldn't put them in the same play list.

    Hey Marling! You should try making a bait based off of an ocean fish called the soldierfish! They're creepy looking and I think would look cool as a realistic swim bait or something of the sort.

    Brotha I'm so happy to see you move to that blade and blades. I brought it up in one of your old videos a long time a long time ago. Those blades stay sharp for much much longer. They also cut deep and you'll go minutes before you even notice. One of the best bait makers using one of the best blades

    This could not have come at a better time!! I have been wanting to make a lipless bait, mold ect, I made a sweet little top water popper using this method and the bait works great! So I plan on doing a top water walking bait, a lipless and maybe a jerkbait... not enough hours in the day 😪

    Don’t know if you’ve done it before I can’t remember but would it be possible to do an entire bait with baking soda and super glue instead of wood, prolly have to be a thru wire

    You've convinced me to get into bait making. I got a miter saw, sander, air brush, and I'm going to pick up a band saw. Super stoked to do this. I've always loved tools and woodworking but never knew what I'd like to make. I love fishing too... so easy choice I can't draw worth crap, I wonder if you have some kind of art background. You do a fantastic job painting and drawing. I hope I get good at it one day I can almost guarantee though I will get too attached to my first lure and won't use it

    I am completely in love with the chart spotted belly one..... I must say you are right about the whole good idea thing... most of the time! I have spent the last week trying to hunt down an idea I had for a new type of swim worm, and I cannot find a single thing like it anywhere. I just need a CNC machine to make it now LMAO those things are not cheap!

    Try making as much as lures you can in 24 hours, (can be soft plastic, hard lures, etc.) edit: but you have to make one of each kind( top water, deep swimming crankbait and others)

    That pond must be crammed with shad for you to snag that many. With all those shad to eat, that pike might be headed for world record status. I really admire the paint jobs you achieve, beautiful. Every time I watch you, I want to go buy an airbrush. (Then I remember when I spray painted the lawn furniture.😕)
