Making Money Scrapping Computers, Printers, Phones & Brass Porch Lights!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hello KZread Scrappers. This video was shot a few months ago. I've got a big archive of videos that I haven't had the time to upload so stay tuned for more. This video shows another haul from my local college. It is mostly printers, monitors and computer towers. One of the larger towers had a case that was all aluminum. That's why it's important to check everything with a magnet. Also I got a big box from my friend Nate that he cleaned out of his house. It had several old cell phones, home phones, brass porch lights and even a hair dryer. Like I always say in my videos as do other scrappers here on KZread, it's very important to spread the word to everyone you know that you recycle. Everyone has stuff in their homes to get rid of. In time you may have a network of 1,000 people who know what you do. You will never be out of scrap. Trust me. I can barely keep up and flip what I get in weekly. I hope you all are having a great weekend. Go out there and make some money. Please Like & Subscribe. Take Care & God Bless.

Beginning scraping -I've been restoring and fixing computers for years and donating gooder ones to charity and kids centers, but a lot of them are just shot so I figured why the hell not. You got great videos that are super encouraging and helpful. Thanks dude!

Well done Kerry. I bet you're quite relieved sometimes to get smaller loads to give yourself a bit of a break or reduce to a more relaxing pace. Get those other videos uploaded! All the best, Poo

I just moved to Loganville Ga and I have already driven by many computer repair shops. Going to try and start setting up contracts there. Also, a drug rehabilitation center is wanting me to come in and take their stuff that a software company left in the building. Everything is 2004 and older. Can't wait to check it out.

It's long gone. It's was actually a server. It was mostly stripped out. All the hard drives were gone but the mother board was huge. Take Care.

Hi Mike. I hear you. I'm lucky though in the winter here it slows down a lot. I'm able to clean out a lot of what I have stockpiled. A few weeks ago I got in over 100 digital office phones. They all have gold boards in them. I hope your doing great. Sounds like your business is very successful too. The extra money really helps. Take Care.

Also don't forget by just starting with friends, Family and coworkers. They have tons of stuff. Then they tell their friends and Family. Pretty soon you will be buried in scrap. Take Care.

do you clean those tv's and monitors? What does 4aDart mean?

I used to but not worth the trash vs reward in them. I donate them to goodwill and get the tax write off. 4aDart means that when I first started scrapping I was saving for my dream car a 1969 Dodge Dart! Since then life has happened and most of what I have earned has gone to debt payoff which is way more important right now. When I'm debt free including my house I'll have enough money to get a "toy!" Take Care.
