In this video I show you step-by-step how to make a filling piece to go between the door of your Aston Martin DBS and the Mercedes mirrors which were so often fitted to this car. The fit between the mirror base and the door is very poor leading to the mirror being unstable and vibrating and possibly leading to damage to the door skin.
