Making Images Transparent for the Cricut iOS App

How to use Lunapic on an iOS device to preprocess images for easier import into the Cricut Design Space mobile app. Lunapic link is lunapic.com. See below for changes to app since video.
-Click Browse or from menu button choose File then Open to select image.
-From menu button select Edit then Transparency
-Click on a white area of the image
-Select "Color Transparency" from the pulldown
-Tap and hold image to reveal Save button
-Click Save Image (will save to your camera roll as transparent PNG)
-Open Cricut Design Space mobile app
-Tap Upload button
-Choose most recent image from your Camera Roll
-Proceed as usual to import a transparent PNG and insert image

    Thanks for the information but can I do this from my desktop or does this just work on the iOS app?

    Yes you can, but you wouldn't want to. If you are on the desktop it makes more sense to convert right to SVG instead of transparent PNG for best quality. Sites like cloudconvert, pngtosvg, picssvg, etc are used for that

    I understand what you did and , I think why, / if I didn't use something like this, I would have to click on each white area individually in DS. I do get all the letter abbreviations confusing, which is my problem but should be clearer as I use them more. I am going to blame it on age and family history- there are 5 more sisters just like me. Actually they are probably much better. Thanks again, l do know it is important info to have

    age and family history notwithstanding, you understand perfectly! It to keep you from having to click each individual white section in the image.
