I hate to say this but homeless people don't need pets as they can't afford to feed them,, turn them over to the shelters so they can get a better home. and get fed food.

So many of the homeless just need a little support to get off the street. These cities need to build tiny communities/houses with central facilities & many of here people would help to maintain them.

Can try burger. I made some very delicious home made burgers very delicious. Ingredients: (E Grade), Chopped parsley or diced stir fried onion, 1 piece yellow burger cheese, Ramly (Malaysia) Frozen Meat paddy (Half or whole) depending personal budget. Sauce: Mayoness or Cheese Cream (perfer), Ketchup. Plus Tea Milk Ice or Coffee Milk/Creamer Ice
