Perfect! Sound like WaxTrax Records 1990
Hahaha "Kill Kill Kill Die!"... Mozart himself would weep at such lyrical eloquence.
Reminds me a lot of Front Line Assembly's early material e.g. State of Mind. Well done.
incredible mate, thank you for making vids for these genres. There aren't a lot step by step videos for these kind of genres.
This is so awesome!! Thank you so much for doing this!
I’m loving these!!! Great Stuff
Loved every second of it mate.
LOVE THESE.
This is awesome buddy, keep up the good job !
that's what i always loved about synths, in any form, is each one is unique and there's usually a team of real people behind each individual one with their own spin on it. it makes the learning experience feel fresh every time you tackle a new one, whether it be the UI layout, wildly differing operation, etc. i've always known why i love synths and music hardware but you also put it into words quite nicely
Great stuff! Thankx for sharing
Vocals are hilariously brilliant. Thank you for this
Awesome track, and the strings with the vocal just blend, also gave me flash backs of the late 90's.
This and the EBM video are sooo good. Hope you make more of these, I love watching the process, and trying to emulate some of the sounds with my own instruments is a great opportunity to get more familiar with their parameters!
Stunning
Stumbled across your channel and you've definitely helped me and others with making sense of a workflow outside of a DAW, thank you man
Some good videos. I love the up close and personal type video. I feel like your just talking to me. Plus you really go in depth into the production of the music. You are really helping us understand these techniques with some great creative and descriptive walk-thru lessons.
love your channel... Rock on!
Congrats on that! Well explained and well executed. Thank you!
Fantastic!
Love your baselines, very aggressiv sounding!
You bring me back to my teen years. Loved that sound. From Belgium using an MPC Live 2 and an MS-1.
That's pretty stellar!
Love it, as usual. You're making me want to plug up my Elektrons again! The tape loop stuff is really cool. EDIT: wow, your vocals kick ass!
Great video!! Waiting for the next video!!
This is proper Moonraker material! Well done mate!
I love the music (Industrial, New Wave, other electronic bizarre), and I love to see work put in it (music).
All the darkness screaming out from your cold dead heart... Love that crazy shit man. NEED MORE.
Awesome!
Thank you for an awesome tutorial !!
this is really good!
Awesome job brotha!
*Man! I’m listening to this song in my home theater and it has so many interesting layers! 🏅🏆🎷🎸 I’m so glad I’ve found this channel. I’m using plugins but haven’t uploaded lately since I’m in the process of making industrial music.*
Awesome man!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎹
Nice job!
Muy buen trabajo!!!!👍💪
Damn mate this sounds solid af
thanks for sharing
Sooo cool
Perfect
Awesome
Great !!!!
Good videos, please keep making them, youtube is full of tutorials claiming to be EBM and related but they just sound like bad techno, your stuff has this punk vibe tha defines the genre.

Yes, this chan nails it pretty perfect.
So rad \m/
You make it look easy
Thanks
Best!
Wow Jed - I love your music and your approach to music making! Your Pearly Dew Drops tutorial was a perfect appreciation of one of the best songs ever written! Love this synth jam too. I owned a Roland SH101 when they first came out in the early 80's (why did I get rid of it?). I used it through a very gnarly analogue delay unit - I'm going to have to get one again some day!). Why would anyone hate the Micro Korg? It sounds awesome! Everyone should have a cheap virtual analogue in their set up! I've got an Akai Miniak which fulfils the same function - it has incredible sounds for the money. Keep up the good work 😀
me gusta mucho ... thanks
More!
Doing a pretty good Raymond Watts impression on those vox ngl
This rules so hard
this sounds like ebm-aggrotech. Not really hearing coldwave but i love aggrotech too so bangerz!
like goa trance, like it
Нормальный олдскул!
Nice Hord bassline
The Beast Lord on Vocals :D - outstanding lyrics - make me chuckle :) This isn't 'EBM' btw but reminds me of early 90s' Industrial - has hat aggro thing going on - nicely done.

Man I'm in love with your videos, so helpful, I'm just wondering how can I find those drums sounds ( kick, snare, hats..) tks a lot.
Lol savage vocals!
Or you can cover the easer head with tin foil. I used a bit of double sided sticky tape. This also lets you build up sounds on the tape since nothing is being erased. It can get messy sounding fast though.
can you include a pattern sequence diagram in the future for the kick, clap, snare, high hats and basslines? That is what I have the most trouble programming for EDM and industrial music.
You kinda down play the window sill synth, but it seems to be a work horse and adds to the mix in a great way. Anyway, great track. Thanks for the content.
🍪 *Ooooyaaa! Omyomyom! Ooooyaaa!*
More please 🎉🎂🎉🎂🎉🎉
haha sounds like new beat... mdr fcng grt!!!"
Excellent mate. Where do you get your drum samples? They’re exactly what I’m looking for.

Hey friend, thanks a lot, the samples are actually stock presets that came with the Analog Four - the only thing I’ve edited about them is running the snare through the A4’s reverb send and made a very short decay to emulate a gated reverb. I’ve also run the hihats and snare sounds through the delay send with a dotted 8th note pattern dialed in for the repeats, which I’ve darkened with the lowpass filter. Hope this helps! Cheers
what setting you use on vE-20
Love your work mate ? Melbourne based ?
Insaine!!! 😂 just like me at 1992! 😂
ok, when is the vinyl release? Did you record it multitrack and mixed it all later?

Thankyou! Yes I’m going to release it under a new artist name eventually. This take was all done live straight into Logic and did some minor compression and eq.
are the drums from the drum machine or did you find those drum samples?and where the kick snare lazers and hats are exactly what im looking for but cant find

Hey I made them with the Analog Four - it has lots of presets that are created using its subtractive synth engine but you can achieve these sounds with a lot of free drum machine sample packs form the net. Google free drum bundle drum machine sample packs and you should find lots of free downloads. Its all about the processing though and how you program them. Lots of short reverb tails on kicks and snares and a bunch of distortion and crunching up the samples.
can we make this music with only softwares? (with no hardwares, im broke sorry)
@jeddyeval
Жыл бұрын
yes for sure, i would reccomend the Roland Cloud for making stuff like this. Perhaps some drum machine sample packs too that you can click and drag into you DAW
An amazing song!! It reminds me of the old Signal Aout 42 albums from the 80's. But for me the screaming effects of the loop tape are excessive and out of tune with the rest. I would rather choose other sounds or maybe sampled radio or television voices. It would be nice if you put out an album as it sounds great and reminds me of my 80's when EBM had its best moments.
In the vocals section... we learn how much easier it is to Brap now than when Skinny Puppy started haha Edit: I've always been just a basic guitarist with a LOVE for Industrial and recently trying to figure out how to get those classic bass synth arpeggiated sounds and other sort of sounds made by bands like Ministry, NIN, Skinny Puppy, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult... I decided to buy a Native Instruments package with Massive etc and I feel like I can't come across any of these style of tones in the presets. Would you consider doing a video doing a video on how you craft them from the bottom up?

Thanks for your useless comment on my appearance. I've got curly hair, get over it.
Reminds me of something you'd expect from "A Split Second". Not too shabby but not great. But I'll probably DL it lol.
