Nick, I love that you whipped out a microplane. You need citrus zest? You got it! Need to grate nutmeg or ginger, or a cinnamon stick like you did? You got it! Who says no to fresh grated cheese? Nobody does, not even lactose intolerant people. Microplanes are the best kitchen tool.

Every time we cut back to Jesse's "I love Christmas" clip, I know we're getting ready for some naan-sense! Also, Lani's wink after Kaiser said "so smooth" was as A+ as the drinks themselves. I absolutely loved this BentoBar ep!

Lani was smart to use gin for a citrus drink. Gin probably has some of the best cocktails that use either lemon or lime juice, my favorite being a Ramos Gin Fizz

I assume Jesse was talking about rowan berries or holly berries, which look delicious, but cause indigestion. Personally, I would've tried to make some sort of mulled wine, but I don't really know anything about alcohol, so take that with a grain of salt. See, I told you I don't know anything about alcohol, you don't put salt in mulled wine.

I hope this series continues long enough to have an episode with hot sauces as the required ingredient
