Making Beef Jerky!

The Rod Ridge Farm butchering is done. Now we are making beef jerky. I made a couple of batches, about 10 pounds. The meat marinated over night and then I dehydrated for 6 hours. This is a delicious snack and we know where it came from. We love our beef jerky! #selfsufficient #homesteading #beef #beefjerky

    Any recipe that calls for msg to be added, use accent. That is basically what it is. I use it when making stir fry and fried rice. Just adds that extra something.
