Ingredients:
Two kinds of apples Half Sweet and half sour/bitter.
2 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/3rd cup water
Other items needed:
Large pot
Knife or apple corer
Cutting Board
Peeler or Paring Knife (optional)
Potato masher, blender, food processor, mixer
