You could use a winch with that spring instead to get the force you need. Just reinforce the bottom of the seat with a lot of metal so you don't shoot a spring up your anus.

you could make a hydraulic cylinder pull the seat down tensioning the spring to a ridiculus force, then with some sort of locking mechanism holding the seat down you could detach the cylinder from the seat and release the spring making the seat fly.

I wanna see you attempt to attach a propeller and aluminium blades to a bike to make it into a gyroplane. No motor needed, only 20mph speed to fly. Look into gyroplane physics, the heli blades don't need turning, they turn on their own cause of air pressure. Only propeller needs to be operated, thing lands vertically. FLY AWAAAAAAAAAAAY
