Thank you brother. well I just have a small angle grinder and a small hand drill. That's all the power tools I got. The rest are chisels, files, saw etc. My dream is to one day own a belt grinder.. thanks for your compliment and thanks for watching.

Thank you everyone for watching and commenting. I just wanted to let everyone know that i wish i could upload videos more often but as you've seen i have no power tools or a proper workshop. And making a knife the way i do takes about ten times as long without proper equipments. Plus i shoot the videos myself, make the knives, also edit and upload them and all with just a $120 phone. So you can imagine how making one videos takes everything i have everytime. But thank you for your understanding and your patience. Making of a big chopper/cleaver coming soon.

Thank you. I really enjoy your videos. I am interested in how you straighten leaf springs. If you could please include this in one of your videos, I would be appreciative.

My friend there's nothing much to straightening leaf spring or any other steel. If the steel is not yet hardened and tempered you just have to heat up the steel till it's red/yellow and hammer it till it's straight. If it has been hardened, e.g. if a knife warped/bent after quenching, I first temper it and I cover the cutting edge with wet cloth and wrap wires around so the cloth don't fall off, I tighten it in a vise then heat the spine up to bluish colour and start bending it back hard over the straight line of the blade hold it there and pour water over it.reapeat till it's straight.Sometimes this takes several hours. But eventually the blade will straighten and the temper on the cutting edge is not affected. Thank you for watching and your comment.

do u have a sketch for that knife?

I don't really keep any sketches of any of the knives I make. I'd just have a rough shape in my head and then I draw it out, finalize the design, cut out the paper and just paste it on to the steel and just go from there. Thank you for watching..
