it would be easier to follow the tutorial if he were to explain how and what he was doing. its a 30 minute tutorial but it takes me 2 hours to do about a minute of it

I've added an image for baking into the image node, but when I click bake it says no valid selected objects. I feel like this tutorial is missing like 50% of actual tutoring.

I'm stuck at 13:12. I could show you a screenshot, but I guess YT doesn't let it through. When I multiply the wrapping with an array, it just stacks up as one fat ribbon instead of being stretched along the handle.

You adjust by scaling it or go the um wrapping and play along with those settings it will give space inside of being compressed

I stucked in 11:23, no matter how many times I click R the shape didn't warp around it

@@skeletonking4011 not sure if it fixes it but i think it has to do with the origin of your plane, when he moves it he moves it in edit mode so the origin doesnt move position

Same for me! Did not wrap. I recommend using this tutorial if you need help with wraps! Very easy to follow and completely non-destructive so you can easily modify them! kzread.info/dash/bejne/i6eTmrJyddeYaKw.html

At 11:23 everything was fine for me, but problems started at 13:23. The fix was really random - instead of setting array's XYZ factors as 0, 1, 0 I set them as 1, 0, 0. The ribbon is still twisted though, I haven't watched any further, and don't know whether he'll address it.

its kinda annoying when a dude just goes as fast as time allows them so you dont learn jack crap from the video but just give them a free view which is kinda like doing a con man stunt a bit
