I'm working on my project to make my pilots, I already managed to make the body mold. I would like to know how to make the head and how I can find a model like the one you used. I would greatly appreciate your help.

is it 1/6 scale and tbleague style?

Which kind of foam are you using? Where can you buy it? How durable or resistant it is? How hard or solid does it get? Can it be painted? Am I asking too many questions?

Its seems to me like you can remold your old phicen steel skeleton once the original skin wears out with this stuff.
