    Here is what I posted on the FB shared page ...THAT...is a really good design and utilizes even simple flight controller. Even better design for FPV heli as it reduces those huge , high mass blades to something that could actually be duct enclosed. If you utilize that suggestion , I would actually call it 'the design of the century!' I'm sure most of the current heli flyers, and many times more 'b asic' beginner heli flyers would recognize it as the simplest, most stable design adopted by the toy heli industry the moment toy helis came out. One could easily go further and place a forward thrust proprietary motor/prop on either just inside the nose area(with a little design change--lengthen nose) or at the rear of the vertical post.. Probably THE most flexible design ever.

    I'm wondering this is fake because multi rotor needs either gyroscopic stabilization in their rotor blade or it needs angle or pitch control over the thrust angle so that it balances itself. The sad thing is this model is a total fake one he is filming with green thread or stick and edited like it is flying. many in the comments are thinking this is real and appreciating him. lol.

    Hi Lokaero, I think that the weight at the bottom of this helicopter is more and the two blades are rotating at some high specific speed. The battery may drain fast because of heavy discharge. The weight prevents machine from loosing it's centre of gravity and eliminates the need of gyroscopic control. The flight is real but missing full controls like left right.

  • @lokaero

    @lokaero

    Жыл бұрын

    @@prasannakumar8832 Absolutely wrong. I think you need to gain more knowledge on aerodynamics. Weight cannot balance the helicopter. even a small toy helicopter has rotating mass attached at its one of the blade which counteracts the imbalance of rotational axis when airborne. As an aeronautical engineer i can easily say that this model is totally fake. and battery does not play role in balancing the helicopter lol. You may have knowledge in lithium batteries but not in aerodynamics and mechanics. i too have knowledge in lithium batteries and your point doesn't have any logic here.

  • @lokaero

    @lokaero

    @@prasannakumar8832 The flight controller he uses is KK 2.1.5. and i cannot see any servo attached to the brushless motors. i accept that rotation is balanced as both motors spin in CW and CCW directions. but this is not balanced in X rotation and Z rotation. only Y rotation is balanced. no point in using a flight controller here those two motors at tail simply does nothing in balancing the heli.
