My truck has never had a hood ornament, and I don't recall a time when Grandpa owned it that it ever had one. I've been meaning to make one for some time, so the other day I was rummaging through the scrap bucket and decided on a B17. Grandpa was a radio operator in WW2 and participated in Operation Chow-Hound, the Dutch food drops.
