Hey Italian here I have a tip for your tiramisu, instead of adding the heavy cream to the yolks in Italy we substitute that with the egg whites that you have to mix with the electric mixer (just like you did with the heavy cream) until they become super fluffy. This makes the tiramisu lighter and also makes you use less ingredients! 🤍
