How much lift do you use for your comets I generally use 8% and I fuse the leader through the passfire hole but have been considering drilling a hole in the comets tubes to fire from the side

I typically do 10% of the shells weight.

Come on now! Can't justify buying a 2 inch comet pump. lol Great ingenuity using the conduit and the wooden dowel though. If there's a will there's a way! 👍👍 As long as it works that's all that matters.

If you don’t make this size very often I hate to pay a couple of hundred dollars just to have it sit on the shelf most of its life.
