Hey Pace I want to get on board with the crew. I’m a trucker on the road living in my truck but have a plan to move to Tennessee to start a real estate venture with a couple friends of mine. I have never done real estate but love the idea of helping others in the process of learning and making a little money. With a little guidance I can make a game plan toward my goal of getting started with the crew. Thank you for all you do and hope I can do the same in the future.

Awsome story. I have to add that even if William lost his house at the county auction ( lets say thr property got bidup to 200k) william still could have claimed his tax sail overage ( 180k the surplus cash the county got from the auction).

PACE !! Question 🙋‍♂️ How do you avoid the “Due on sale clause” if a tenant misses a monthly payment on their rent. Hypothetically speaking what would happen if multiple tenants don’t make their payments? Would that activate multiple “Due on sale clauses”?
