Currently regretting the decision of breaking up with my ex, he chased me and took his anger out on me by offending me while i was just ignoring him. After a couple of days i started to question my decision and reached back to him now he is upset with me and doesnt want to talk to me, so im doing the no contact rule its hard bc all i wanna do is talk to him but im doing it. I will come back here in a couple of weeks and update on how i feel and what has happened with our relationship. Ive gone through break ups before and this channel has always helped me get back up in my feet and focus on me, this time seems harder than ever but i trust your advice bc ive lived it and seen how it does work 💗 thank you guys for all your help!!!

This is good advice for working on yourself but the problem comes when everything you do is about your ex. You have to grow FOR YOURSELF, because most of the time, your ex is probably moving on and you can’t give yourself false hope to then break when your ex doesn’t come back or ends up with someone new. In my perspective, if you really really want a chance, you have to actually stop loving them and start ripping them out of your heart, because they notice if your still holding on and that’s what your ex doesn’t want, someone co-dependent. It hurts but the only way to do this in a healthy way , is to forget and move on, then in time you guys might cross paths again and come back together

She liked me for 3 months before we started dating we went on two dates and the relationship started then after a week she texted me and told me she was busy working and didn’t have time for a relationship right now. Then I seen her the next day in person and I told her I was fine with that and that I chose not to be mad or upset about it. I see her and still talk to her but hardly at all anymore. I’ve done a lot of these things and I believe it’s helping I’m going to start learning to play guitar and I’m now on a dating app so we will see what happens. But I still really like her and we have a lot in common so who knows

How can I make him jealous on social media if I already unfriended him? He can't see pictures of me living my best life because I unfriended him.

Alex my ex reached out to me after months of no contact on Father’s Day and one started by saying I know I shouldn’t be messaging you but.. and then write me a long heartfelt message about how I’m a good dad , now the other day I msged her a short txt on her birthday “ happy birthday, do something for YOU, and try to smile...it looks good on you” and I haven’t heard anything, did I blow it?

I don’t want him back I just want him to regret it.

Last night we spoke after not speaking to each other for a week after our breakup . And it was nice we laughed and it was nice . Could he still have a chance or want me . He still has pictures of me . I want him to want me but i don’t know if he lost feelings .

Hello coach Alex.. i know this might not be the right video for it but i have a question. I really hope you get to read it at some point. My exgirlfriend and i broke up a while ago, and the actual problem im facing right now is i wanted her back, but she started dating someone else. Now i messed everything up since i saw on a video that i shouldnt give her relationship any more power, but i broke down and asked her to give me a chance cuz i was scared of losing her forever. (Didnt see the video before :( ) I was wondering if theres still a chance to get her back, or if i totally blew my chances

I'm doing all those things and he actually came back begging for me. The sad thing is that he just misses me when I'm ,unreachable' and as soon as he gets me he looses interest again even though I'm independent. Where's the problem?

we were out of touch for a while / minimal contact. then last month i made her birthday really special and we started speaking again much more, it didnt last long though as I got too comfortable too quick and she put her walls up and distanced herself again. My girlfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago, she told me she still loved me but she wasn‘t in love with me anymore. I think we could get back together, but the problem is that she is moving away to study at the beginning of october. Is it possible for us to get together again? We had a really great relationship.

I was really good to him.. and him to me but we started arguing after a year and he says things turned sour. He said “I will never allow myself to be back with you” so calmly and I wonder whether this is what it is now or if things can change in months time. He kept saying I won’t allow myself to have feelings again because we wouldn’t work. But we had so many more good memories than bad. He is very determined to move on..can this work? What if I make all this work for myself and turns out he’s moved on even more and doesn’t care that I look better or feel better?

Alex- I messaged my ex recently acknowledging where we went wrong and basically told her if there is still love, that I have faith that we can work through this. And that hopefully this is something we can consider talking about. Her response was that she appreciated what I said and is glad that I am realizing these things. But that she is not ready to talk about these things yet, but she hears me and is processing. Thoughts?

How do you afford all of that? I lost my job due to the lies that the other woman and her flying monkeys spread about me, and due to lockdown I've been technically unemployed since then. I run a start-up, but all of my money gets reinvested right now so we can grow. I don't have money to do cooking classes, trips away, zumba, makeovers, whatever else. The gold-digger not only got her claws into his money but she wrecked my career as well. So she can play the exciting, super fun, hot girl with his bank account (already updated her wardrobe, got him to pay for spas, botox, tans, hair, etc), but I have to work my ass off on a shoestring budget and don't have money to spend on things like that.
