This meat and seafood paella recipe from Omar Allibhoy is the best of both worlds. It's surf and turf done right.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
120ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Chicken Legs (Cut Into 4 Each)
200g Squid, Cleaned & Cut Into Rings
2 Tomatoes, Grated
6 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
0.4g Saffron
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
440g Spanish Rice
4 Prawns
200g Mussels
2 Litres of Shellfish Stock (or chicken stock_

No it's more like a caramelized charred roasted flavor that it gives off not burnt, if done Right which it looks like it was

@@user-pf5st2ir6k I mean other countries, nations and regions also has noodles specifically from that place. Catalan people can make Catalan style of paella same as Taiwan makes their own style of noodles or otger parts of Asia. Just inside China, different places has their own way to cook, or Japan or Korea. So, I strong disagree to own a food if it exist other places too. Do you know the expression "Garlic soup is already invented" ? So, Valencia cannot claim a food which other parts of Spain has it too. Oh also, when I said I love Catalan cuisine, I gave message to the creator to make Catalan food too because I really love it.
