$500 bucks max if its not on private land. So much work to do! If this unit was in my park I'd convert it to storage for tenants for a fee. If it was not in my park I'd pass. On private land I'd setup several RV spots off the electric / water meter and septic and get it cash flowing ASAP. I'd set the unit up for storage as well. These folks basically gutted to a point not worth trying to bring it right side up. You'd have more money in it than it's worth and probably impossible to insure. My 2 cents as a park owner.

Thanks for watching and commenting. The idea to convert this to a storage for tenants. Nice work thinking outside the mobile home box. Understood about you passing if the property was on private land that you had to move. Almost all of the situations in these videos were just that, the mobile home had to be moved once a buyer was located. Amazingly, all these homes were able to be pulled down the road and relocated. Agreed about being guided to the point of not being worth to bring back to life. Again, except for in areas that really make sense along the West Coast, Phoenix, Boise, or parts of Florida and the Atlantic Coast would have a better chance of finding a buyer since supply still so low demand is so high. In some of these areas you can easily sell a remodel 1970s home for in the $80k or much more range depending on the home and park it is in. Anyways, thanks again for commenting. Appreciate your thoughts.

Glad you like them! These definitely were skinny deals, which I am normally not a fan of. However one thing that I did not mention on the video was that "wholesaling" these homes to end-users and advertising them on the market allows us to much better understand what local buyers are willing and is not willing to pay for gutted homes like these in each market. This gives you a lot of experience on price without risking your own money. Just your time and gas money I suppose. So these were all conscious decisions that although they would be skinny, if maybe not profitable at all, there would be a lot of experience learned locally about what the mobile local market will pay for gutted homes like these for the future. Those piano skills are improving too. :-) Talk with you soon.
